Delhi and Agra

Hello!

Well we finally arrived to India and started our tour of delhi almost immediately! the driver and our guide dude took us around delhi and showed us loads of monuments, jammu masjid, the fort, india gate and the different counteries embassy buildings! We also went to Gandhi samadhi which was surrounded by a lovely garden and was very peaceful but the floor was burning! We've also been practising our hindi - its so much fun I',m loving the language, can have so many random jokes with it and no-one can actually get them lol ;-)

Today we've just been to the Taj mahal which was an amazing sight and our guide - naresh kumar made it jokes! He explained all about the significance of it and the details of the marble used which was amazingly detailed! We saw it at sun set and the full moon was out - it was beautiful! :-) Definetly not missing home yet lol. Now we're off to have a banana split!
